How do you track rule-breaking and/or misconduct of any kind within servers and how are the perpetrators/those who break rules dealt with?

What exactly are warning points? How do you get them? Are they good or bad? Do they come with a negative or positive impact?

Could you explain a bit more in-depth of how the anti-ddos system works and why it is better or equal to the competition?

How exactly do the account levelling and badge system work? Are there specific "Tasks" or "Quests" that need to be completed in order to get certain things? If so, where are those found? Are there special perks or even rewards for reaching the highest level or a specific badge? Is there a better way to track badge progression or level progression? Is there a way to see which badges are not yet unlocked and how to unlock them? Is there a way to fast-track progression?
